Our History

We know that behind every project there is not just equipment, but a season, expectations, and responsibility. That’s why our path is to work alongside you, find solutions, and create technologies you can trust.

  • 2009–2013 Start in the Agricultural Sector
  • 2014–2016 — Experiments and Innovations
  • 2017 - 2025 — Reaching a new level

2009–2013 Start in the Agricultural Sector

2009

2009 — The Beginning of the Journey

The company’s history begins with Pantelei Nikolaevich’s purchase of the first two combine harvesters. With their help, harvest services were provided in fields from Odesa to Sumy Oblast. This step became the foundation for future development in the agricultural sector.

2010 — First Steps

After successful harvesting seasons, the company makes a decisive shift from services to its own farming. In 2010, it begins leasing land in the Poltava region and launching its farming operation, which becomes the starting point for establishing its own agricultural direction.

2011

2011 — Establishment of the foundation

To strengthen and scale operations, in 2011 a grain elevator in Poltava Oblast was acquired. It became a key hub for basing and servicing combines, as well as for collecting, processing, and storing the harvest. During the same period, the renewal and expansion of the agricultural machinery fleet continued.

2012 — A Turning Point and New Technologies

2012 became a turning point: a decision was made to sell the combine harvesters and invest in our own grain dryer. This step opened a new chapter in the company’s development, making it possible to work not only in the fields but also in crop processing. That same year, the company took part in its first agricultural exhibition and sold its first Turkish-made grain dryer—marking the beginning of its entry into the market for technological solutions.

2013

2013 — International Cooperation

In 2013, the company delivers the first grain dryer from Turkey to Ukraine and carries out its installation. This project became an important milestone in the development of international relations. In parallel, sales of modular natural gas grain dryers begin, marking a transition to new technological standards and an expansion of the product portfolio.

2014–2016 — Experiments and Innovations

2014 — The first heat generators

After installing several natural-gas grain dryers and the first solid-fuel dryer of Ukrainian production, we faced a new task: to provide customers with an automated heat source. A need arose for heat generators. The solution was found in Turkey, where, at our request, large-size heat generators were manufactured—an experiment that had not been implemented before. The result exceeded expectations: the new system with a retort burner and geyser fuel feed demonstrated high efficiency and ease of use.

  • August 2014 — equipment testing in Turkey before shipment to Ukraine.
  • September 2014 — delivery and installation of the first two heat generators in Uman.
  • Commissioning of the drying complex: the grain was dried with clean air through a heat exchanger, ensuring full automation of the process.

2015

2015 — From Expensive Gas to Alternative Solutions

The rise in gas prices became a powerful incentive to search for new technologies. We began actively implementing solid-fuel heat generators with a heat exchanger, and also adapted solutions for various industries:

  • For poultry farmers — Turkish experience: heat generators provided automatic heating without carbon dioxide and noise, reducing costs by 40–50% and increasing output.
  • For grain dryers — universal solutions suitable for various models.
  • For the public sector — the installation of pellet boilers in schools and hospitals, which made it possible to save millions of hryvnias.

In 2015, we also expanded our experiments: we began testing solar heaters, water boilers, and storage water heaters. During the same period, our own B2B-AGRO brand emerged and we began actively participating in exhibitions.

2016 — A new level and our own production

Our commitment to innovation has taken us beyond the scope of heat generators alone. At the client’s request, we supplied a seed production line from Turkey and became the official dealer of AKY Technology in Ukraine.

However, this year also became a time of trials: a mistake by the heat generator manufacturer (a double arch in the fireboxes) led to widespread breakdowns. B2B-AGRO took on the costs of repair and modernization, investing more than $20,000. As a solution, the fireboxes were lined with refractory concrete.

This experience prompted us to create our own heat generator brand — Eco-Term, where we set higher quality standards. In addition, we implemented a project to light rural areas in the Donetsk region — poles and LED solar-powered streetlights were installed, opening up a new direction in alternative energy.

2016

2017 - 2025 — Reaching a new level

2017

2017 — Eco-Term and the launch of grain dryer production

2017 became a landmark year for the company: the Eco-Term brand entered the market not only with heat generators, but also with its own solid-fuel grain dryers. In summer, we presented the new 2207 dryer and AKY Technology equipment at the AGRO-2017 exhibition, and soon installed several 2207 grain dryers running on propane-butane in the Poltava and Kyiv regions. In autumn, AKY Technology cleaning lines began operating at Ukrainian enterprises, and in October, the first Eco-Term 2113.1000 solid-fuel dryer and the Excell 217 machine were launched at our facility in the Poltava region. By the end of the year, two more major projects were completed—the installation of a 2213 grain dryer in the Kyiv region and the installation of a 6613 modular dryer in the Sumy region.

2018–2020 — Independent projects and service expansion

In the years that followed, the focus was placed on developing our own drying capacities. At the facility in Poltava region, we began providing grain-drying services, as well as installing TPG-1500 heat generators on various grain dryers, including the DSP-50 complex in Hlobyno. The geography of our projects expanded: in 2019, we installed a heat generator on a Spanish shaft dryer in Romania, and also delivered dozens of successful projects in Ukraine and beyond. This period strengthened our position and proved the effectiveness of our proprietary solutions.

2018-2020
2021

2021 — Scaling and Investments

The year 2021 marked a phase of active growth. We sold the 2113.1000 grain dryer and invested in a more powerful 4213.1800 model, which we installed at the Nizhyn feed mill to provide grain-drying services. In parallel, international projects were implemented—installation and commissioning of grain dryers in Lithuania, Poland, and Kazakhstan. At our own facility in Poltava Oblast, production of agro-pellets was launched, and lighting projects were also carried out: modern park lights were installed in Dnipro.

2022 — International Projects and Support for Ukraine

In 2022, the company continued its international development by installing heat generators and hot-water boilers for greenhouses in Moldova, as well as delivering a complete grain-drying complex there. In Poland, drying lines were upgraded to model 6613. In addition, supplies of industrial diesel generators from Turkey and portable gasoline generators to Ukraine were established. In the same year, we founded INVENTO INVEST in Moldova and Kazakhstan, expanding our presence in new markets.

But 2022 became a turning point for another reason as well: the company actively joined in supporting the country during the war. Using our international connections, we sent a full truckload of equipment to the front line for the military—clothing, underwear, rations, and first-aid kits. At the same time, deliveries of portable generators for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continued. Thus, in addition to business projects, the company made a significant contribution to defense and support of the army.

2023

2023–2025 — Continued development and the Aetern brand

In 2023, we continued projects to produce agricultural pellets and to expand the supply of energy equipment. The company maintained sustainable development and strengthened its position in the international market, while continuing to support farmers and seek new technological solutions.

In 2024, the company takes a new strategic step: the international brand Aetern is created, registered and patented in Turkey. As early as spring, the first wind machine was installed in Moldova to protect the orchard from spring frosts, which provided clear confirmation of the relevance of the new solutions.

In October 2024, AETERN INVENTO LTD was founded in Turkey. This year was marked by serious challenges for farmers: from Turkey to Ukraine, growers faced widespread spring frosts, with crop losses reaching up to 90%. The response was the creation of a brand that brings together innovations and developments to protect orchards and improve the efficiency of agricultural production.

In May 2025, expansion into Europe began — AETERN INVENTO LLC was established in Bulgaria. Today, the brand focuses on garden protection, fruit and vegetable processing, as well as the development of drying systems and deep-processing technologies for agricultural products.
