Professional equipment for sieving, cleaning and grading of grain, legumes, seeds and bulk products. Precise separation, vacuum removal of impurities and stable productivity at any processing volumes.
Screening machines of classical type are designed for cleaning, sorting, and calibrating grain, legumes, seeds, and other bulk agricultural products by particle size. The equipment combines mechanical separation through sieves with vacuum removal of light impurities — dust, chaff, and defective fractions — ensuring high purity and uniformity of the finished product.
The product line includes compact single-deck machines, multi-deck cleaners-sorters, and combined solutions for multiple separation stages in one unit. The equipment is suitable for preliminary cleaning, intermediate control, and final calibration at enterprises working with wheat, rice, soy, chickpea, lentil, sunflower, sesame, cumin, and other crops.
At the core of screening machine operation is the sequential passage of the product through one or several sieve decks under simultaneous exposure to vibration and air flow. Large foreign inclusions, fine and crushed particles are separated through calibrated sieves, while vacuum channels additionally extract light impurities from the overall stream.
In a number of models, the sieving process is repeated in several stages, which increases the accuracy and sensitivity of separation. This makes the equipment suitable for both standard grain crops and for special products with increased purity requirements — spices, small-seeded crops, organic raw materials.
The design of the machines provides for quick sieve changes and adjustment of vibration parameters for a specific crop and task. Versions with fixed installation and mobile models are available for flexible placement on the production site.
