Graindryer PGD-4007.2500 is built on a configuration of 7 grain columns and 2 modules, which ensures a capacity of up to 22 t/h with intensive moisture removal. This is not just a seasonal assistant — it is a full-fledged production unit that makes it possible to receive and dry grain from both your own harvest and purchased batches or grain from other farms.
The principle of full heating means that the entire power of heat generator CHG-1250 + CHG-1250 with an air flow of 160000 m³/h and heat output of 2500000 kcal/h is directed exclusively toward moisture removal. Grain cooling is carried out as a separate stage — for this, an old graindryer, cooling barrels, or a separate stabilization section can be used.
Maximum heated air temperature up to 135 °C ensures efficient operation even with high-moisture grain. The Solid Fuel Graindryers scheme significantly reduces the cost of each ton of dried grain — at seasonal volumes of 5,000 tons and above, the difference in energy cost becomes a key factor in the profitability of the entire post-harvest processing.
Own drying capacity 22 t/h based on heat generator CHG-1250 + CHG-1250 with a total power of 2500000 kcal/h not only allows you to reliably get through the season, but also turns drying into a source of additional income. By accepting wet grain from outside — purchased batches, harvests from neighboring farms — you increase equipment utilization and gain an economic effect that goes far beyond fuel savings.
The configuration of 7 columns and 2 modules is a starting point, not a limit. As production volumes grow, the drying section can be strengthened by adding modules in height (up to 4) and columns in length (up to 13) without replacing the system already in operation. At the same time, it is important from the start to choose a heat generator with a power reserve and frequency control — the energy base does not scale after installation, but with the right selection it will ensure stable operation even after the dryer is expanded.
Separating drying and cooling is a rational production logic for enterprises that build post-harvest processing through a chain of equipment. If you have the opportunity to organize cooling as a separate stage, entering your own drying with full heating and an air flow of 160000 m³/h at a heat output of 2500000 kcal/h becomes the most profitable solution — both in terms of capital costs and in terms of the operating economics of each season.
