Reliable solid-fuel grain dryer for efficient operation
A solid-fuel grain dryer with cooling combines the stages of heating and subsequent grain stabilization into a single technological cycle. This configuration helps reduce grain drying costs, improve processing quality, and simplify equipment operation.
Heated air is supplied from an external solid-fuel heat generator through a heat exchanger, ensuring uniform grain drying without direct contact with combustion products. This is especially important for preserving crop quality and maintaining stable moisture levels.
The built-in cooling zone makes it possible to cool the grain directly in the lower module of the grain dryer. As a result, the product leaves the dryer more stable for storage, and the need for a separate external cooler is eliminated.
