    The heat generator CHG-700 provides a thermal output of 700000 kcal/h (812 kW/h), making it the optimal choice for grain drying complexes, large warehouse spaces, and agricultural production facilities with high heating requirements. An airflow capacity of 40000 m³/h evenly distributes the heated air throughout the serviced area, eliminating cold zones and ensuring a stable drying process.

    The maximum supplied air temperature reaches 135°C, which makes it possible to precisely control the drying modes of grain and other crops even in low ambient temperatures. The fuel hopper with a capacity of 300 kg ensures long autonomous operation without the need for frequent maintenance — a critically important factor during the peak of the harvest season.

    The heat generator design is intended for operation in the harsh conditions of agricultural production: a dusty environment, load fluctuations, and round-the-clock operation. The balance between the declared thermal output and the unit’s durability is achieved through a well-designed heat exchange circuit configuration and an effective distribution of thermal loads across the tube system.

    AISI 310 steel and heat exchanger configuration: why CHG-700 lasts longer

    The key design solution ensuring the service life of the heat generator CHG-700 is the use of heat-resistant AISI 310 stainless steel in the combustion chamber zone and heat exchange surfaces. This material retains structural integrity at temperatures significantly exceeding operating levels, preventing deformation and burn-through even during prolonged operation at maximum modes with a heat output of 812 kW/h.

    The tubular heat exchanger is designed to ensure maximum heat transfer to the air flow 40000 m³/h with minimal hydraulic resistance. The geometry and tube pitch are selected based on the actual combustion modes of solid fuel: this allows heat to be removed evenly along the entire length of the heat exchanger, preventing local overheating and extending the service life of the unit.

    The hopper with a capacity of 300 kg and the auger fuel feeding system are balanced with a heat output of 700000 kcal/h so that combustion remains stable and complete throughout the entire operating cycle. The result is a stable outlet temperature of up to 135°C without sudden spikes, minimal output of unburned residues, and predictable fuel consumption, which is especially important when planning logistics at large grain drying complexes.
