The solid fuel Modular Graindryers full heating PGD-1004.700 is designed as the main drying stage within a processing line, where intensive moisture removal and subsequent grain cooling are separated between different equipment units. The heat generator output power is 700000 kcal/h, with a maximum air temperature of up to 135 °C, and it allows maintaining the specified drying intensity throughout the entire seasonal campaign. This configuration is especially rational for enterprises for which it is more advantageous to provide grain cooling after it exits the dryer on their own — for example, by using older-generation graindryers, separate cooling columns, or specially arranged containers that are available on hand or purchased at a low price.
The dryer design includes 4 grain columns and 1 modules that form the heating working zone. The modular construction principle makes it possible to further increase the dryer height by adding modules — up to 4 modules per structure — as well as extend the length by increasing the number of columns up to 13. This means that the enterprise can start with a configuration that matches current volumes and gradually expand the system as output grows, without dismantling the existing system.
